Got my visa medical check up done here and dr. Adam Ting was great, super quick and easy appointment, reception staff were all super welcoming, kind, and really efficient, had a real pleasant experience :)
Found Dr Adam Ting dismissive, condescending and unwilling to explain questionable prescribing. Management take no responsibility for the actions of their doctors as they are employed as "private contractors". A private complaint wasn't answered until I threatened to escalate, all I received was a letter of non-apology and an incomplete summary of events. Avoid if you value empathy and accountability.
Charged 70 bucks to pick up a piece of paper and say everything is fine during work time
Was 5 star before now have to give 1 or even less if I had an option. Have to wait longer even you have an appointment. Don’t know the issue if I have to wait longer even then why you guys are taking an appointment????
