Called four times, the last call someone actually picked up and was so vile and incapable of providing admin service that im shocked she is still employed. Also they expect you to fill out .jpeg files.
I was going to leave a review that was negative when the receptionist made a call that the doctor should have made. So I gave a score of 3, an average score I know, but by golly, they need all the help they can get. I wanted to leave a 1, but it wasn't the doctors fault.
I have been coming here for the last 5 years, I feel completely loved and welcomed whenever I go there. The only issue is the wait time, which you get at any doctor!!! I absolutely adore this doctors office and all the staff.
This place has terrible service. The receptionist keeps changing the queue numbers, even for people waiting on-site in their car. I arrived early in the morning at around 7:30 AM with only four people ahead of me. Now it’s 11 AM, and I still haven’t seen Dr. Gambhir.
