Sam Wade was incredible - handled all the insurance contacts, hassle-free. The crew did an amazing job with the installation. I highly recommend both .
The proscess was GREAT! Good job. The roof looks amazing the team did a good job picking up after themselves. Sam was very professional and helped us through the claims process after the hail storm here in Greensboro! We ended up with a brand new roof and money back in our pocket which was a blessing.
I’m extremely disappointed with this company. They processed the insurance claim for our roofing job as if it was completed back in 2024 — but the work is still not finished. To this day, the gutters have never been installed, the overall quality of the roofing work is questionable, and metal materials were left behind in our front yard, posing a safety hazard. They did a wonderful job here in Greensboro, it looks beautiful and it’s amazing! The work was excellent, all the debris was picked up and the clean up was good. Sam was a blessing from god, he came when we needed him the most. He got us approved for a full roof upgraded from our insurance. We are so grateful.
