Although the service started out great, I've repeatedly left messages for 7 weeks and have heard nothing back. Several teacher friends also reached out to explore their services and never heard back. Very confusing situation.After waiting for weeks for a return call or email, I received a bill with no explanation of services...and they won't return a call requesting clarification. Would have loved to continue supporting them, but it's not respectful or useful if you can't communicate with your client.

While they were very responsive on the phone and setting up the job, the project we agreed upon was not done completely. I had not yet moved into the house, so I was no there on day of job. When I called to discuss my perspective on the job after I moved into the house, they said it was too late - that I needed to offer this feedback on the day that the work was done, and that despite the job not being done as discussed, I had to pay in full. The project we agreed upon was not done completely; but when I called to discuss this they said it was too late - that I needed to offer this feedback on the day that the work was done, and that despite the job not being done as discussed, I had to pay in full. So now we have spent a lot of money, for a half-finished job. Additionally, their “leaf removal” pushed all the leaves onto our vinca vines, leaving us with a big spring clean up!

New Life Community Church hired High Street Lawn Unlimited to level out and install 60x100 stone dust pad for our large tent to be erected on. We also hired them to rehab our volleyball court; to level it out and install 30 yards of play sand to make it regulation size.
