What an absolute scam. I had a worker come out because our basement flooded. He told me that it was a sewer pump issue. He told me the pump was broken. How did he know this? He tried plugging it in to another outlet and didn’t hear a noise. That was enough for him to confidently tell us we needed to do a 4000 dollar plus fix to replace the pump. If you're in need of a plumber, call high speed rooter and plumbing. I will go through business after business until I find one who have the right people. Of course it can be about the money, but this is the company you want in your home. Courteous, knowledgeable, nice, nice, nice. Even though it was Super Bowl Sunday it didn't seem to bother him. He was here to do his job and was chill about it. Also, being Sunday I didn't get gauged by them.
Evan came out and fixed a leak under our bathroom faucet and also snaked a clogged drain. He did a great job and we appreciated the quality and speed in which he did the work.
