Incredible experience with Frank. While we were not able to fix the issue he was on time, Frank was super communicative, and helped diagnose the problem and suggested potential solution options. Would absolutely recommend for anyone who has plumbing issues as they are transparent and great to work with.
I needed a quick service for my rental property. I called up High Speed Rooter and schedule manager (Alek) was able to find a technician within about one hour. The technician (Angelo) was nice and able to unclog the shower/tub quickly. I was very happy with service and I will use this company again. Lastly, the price was reasonable and payment thru Zelle was great.
The plumber showed up without a breaker bar, so I had to find something to use and became labor on this job. As an old man, that wasn’t what I was looking for. In the end, they charge me $150 to turn a knob and shut my water off.
