Came in for a simple flat repair and rotation and balance. This usually takes half an hour at Tire Barn but took almost an hour and a half here. I don't know why because they weren't busy. When they brought my car out they still had the spare tire on. The tech got defensive with me like it was my fault he put the wrong wheel on the car. Another 20 mins later and my car is finally done.
