Been going here consistantly for about 4 months and never bored. Something new every workout. The coach is very focused on proper form and explains very thoroughly. Got my husband to start and he loves it. This is the gym for beginners and seasoned athletes alike. Runners and lifters, climbers and riders.
The instructors and staff are top notch. The workouts are amazing! I love that the sweet spot adjusts to keep you challenged and motivated to do your best! Excellent place to be, definitely give it a go
Such a great gym and coach Carmine is so good at what he does. Sincerely passionate, wonderful leader, I actually LOVE going to the gym.
