One of the Best places in Reno, too take your Pro audio or Musical equipment, – I?ve worked with ?Fred? over the last four years. He has always treated me fairly, and has stood behind his repairs 100%. They are excellent at pro audio and Musical Equipment i.e. Tube Amp?s etc. In fairness to the other people that have not shared my opinion of their service on this site. Most modern TV?s don?t have any long term value and just aren?t worth repairing. Mr. Z
AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST EMPLOYEES!!! – This business has promised to fix my tv for TEN months. I've received nothing but the runaround and STILL have not gotten my television back fixed or unfixed!! These people don't deserve your business!!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT A GIANT HEADACHE!!!!
POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES! – Paid a repairman, who came to our home, sixty dollars five months ago. Repairman told me he had to go back and research the problem and would call me back within a few days. Never heard from anyone at this business again even after repeated telephone calls. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this business's shoddy service!!
