The maintenance driver stole from our jobsite. My husband was able to track down the truck and caught the driver red-handed. We gave management a chance to make the situation right, but they chose to do nothing; no phone calls to us, no credit to our account, no contact at all. Although we were told the driver would be terminated he was not only not terminated, but was sent back service our toilet. Be warned - this company knowingly employs thieves.
stinky employees! – This company is terrible and has very poor customer service! As I've been calling around looking for a replacement toilet I'v discovered from other toilet services that High Sierra has a poor reputation. Not surprised! Our toilet blew over in some high wind and when I was told they would be 3 days fixing it I asked if we got any money off for the 2 days we couldn't use the service.
