Worst customer service ever!!! Ordered two ski boot bags but only received one...called customer service and spoke with a rep AND her supervisor...was told that the item was no longer available and all they could only was send a request to the customer efficacy (?) team that a different color of the same item be sent out but there is no guarantee...asked if I could call this "team" directly and they said they had no phone number...and they couldn't even do a price match on a new order for the same item but with a different c... read more
Worst customer service and warranty dept. You're better off taking your money elsewhere.
Stay away from the High Sierra Laptop bags. I paid nearly $100 for my backpack and rarely use it. I recently had my laptop stowed properly and my pack took a spill from 18" off the ground and ruined my computer. I called HS to see what assistance was offered and nothing. The padding is not meant to protect from anything more than scratches. Save your money. This used to be a great company that has obviously taken turns away from quality and customer service!
