There is a lifeguard that is on staff at Renn Quarter Pool daily and her demeanor has become increasingly confrontational. I have observed her displaying disrespect towards many female owners and guests, conducting pass checks irregularly, and enforcing rules inconsistently. Her behavior towards a disabled gentleman was particularly disturbing, demonstrating a lack of empathy and support which should never be allowed.
