Very bad customer service. I did my lifeguard certification but I have to go another day that’s what the instructor told me. He told me just go another day for the swimming test and the written and then HR from High Sierra told me another thing. They told me to do everything from the beginning again. I lost $150. I prefer to return back to Sunset pools management inc
