Do.Not.Use.Hi.Sierra. Their services are not only incompetent, but DANGEROUS. We visited the pool in our apartment building the other day to find it padlocked, with people trapped inside. It was Juneteenth, and the white lifeguard had locked black and brown people inside a pool. My friends and I immediately asked the lifeguard what was going on. The lifeguard, a sweet 20-year-old kid who did not speak English as a first language, told us that he was just following orders from his supervisor. We responded that it was illegal ... read more
