I bought the Groupon for a bike rental and took a vacation day to go biking with my kids. The website says they open at 10am. It’s 10:30am. There is a group of ppl waiting to rent and the doors are locked. I want my money back for the Groupon purchase.
Rented a paddle boat ~ prices seemed okay. Can also rent bikes for self and the family. Kids bikes too. Friendly staff. We enjoyed going here. Plenty of parking. Within Frame Park. I'd go back!
The staff was super friendly and gave us a few tips on where to go fishing along the Fox River. The hours are great and location is very accessible. Wish there was more locations in Milwaukee County too.
Hardly worth 1 star. This past week we had guests from out of town. Thought paddle boats would be fun. We rented three boats. Two of the three did not work. Lots of seaweed all around and spiders and cobwebs inside the boats. Could not even leave from the pier. Left very frustrated and disappointed.
Guys were very friendly, patient with our questions, detail oriented, even clean up the boat making sure they all work. For sure will come back again.
