I have been a resident here since 2010 and had no issues whatsoever until now. Diane who works in the office is extremely rude, she is unapproachable whenever there is an issue. She is not helpful in anyway when you ask her a question. Her famous saying is , “ I have no idea”. After speaking with many other residents, they have also expressed their concerns on this matter. Diane needs to go!!

Let me start off and say that this place is probably one of the worst place to live. The grounds are nice the surrounding area is very peaceful. However it is the people that make this place a living hell. Everyone that lives here is pretentious, rude, and over burdening. The office staff here is a joke and should be embarrassed and honestly fired.
