Due to a ruptured diesel return line on my Mercedes, the engine bay got soaked with diesel fuel. Short of getting rid of the car, I called High Rock Detailing. The owner was positive and felt that he could clean it up (including the diesel smell), as good as new. Avery came by as promised and in no time had his equipment ready to start on the engine bay. I'm not impressed at all. They came out to clean my classic car and 2 other vehicles. I had to ask them several times to clean under seats, door jambs inside gas lid, and all the nooks and cranies were left un touched, under mirrors and running boards are still dirty. Texted the owner after they left with my dissatisfaction and no response back after 3 days, probably would have prevented my negative review if he would have responded and made things right.
