What a treat, I dropped my F800GS today. Craig in Service confirmed all the parts were in for the repairs and confirmed the quote with me. Very efficient drop off service and great personal service. Side note; Craig introduced himself prior to collecting my details, very professional.
They wont do safety recall because, I gave a bad review, they banned me for life. I bought a new k1600b, and extended warranty. After less then a year after buying it. I won't let them touch it. I gave a bad review. Went to buy some oil. Was told I'm banned. That's fine. But I get a safety recall, they still won't touch it. Told to go to the island. Love my bike. Will never support high road. They are trash. Vancouver and Langley, both trash.
If you want to buy or service a BMW motorbike, why would you go anywhere else ? Seriously !
I had an ICBC claim for a broken side bag on my R1200RT and needed an estimate. How long can it take to look at it and figure out how to repair it? Well, it's gonna take days, as per shop's "policy!" And it so happened that nobody with authority in the shop could determine that this "policy" didn't make any sense as there was no safety issues in this situation, and no need to keep the bike. Bureaucracy at its best!
