We called & it went to voicemail which said to text for fast response. Texted James asking for help with an electrical/wiring issue but he was very slow to respond. I explained our issue and asked several times if he could squeeze us in over the next few days as we live in our camper with 3 young kids & have been experiencing 100+ degree temps. Thank you to James for his excellent work in finishing the entirety of the interior of my tiny home, including all of the utilities. James was more than accommodating for crazy schedules, dogs and kids and having to change some plans after the original estimate. Huge shoutout to James for the amazing service on my RV! He showed up last minute on a holiday weekend, which is already above and beyond. I had a water leak, and he took his time to really dig into the issue, figure out the source, and get it fixed right. James is super professional, friendly, and clearly knows what he’s doing. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares and does quality work, he’s your guy. Will definitely be calling him again if anything else comes up.
James was absolutely fantastic. He came out on short notice during a holiday weekend to help with a water leak in my RV, and I couldn’t be more grateful. He took the time to walk through every step to accurately find and fix the issue, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
