Last week I visited High Road Langley to look at the Hyper Mono and planned to trade in my motorcycle. Salesman Gustavo did an appraisal, took photos, and gave me a quote. The next day he emailed me saying that after discussing with his manager, they could offer $19,000. I replied and we eventually confirmed $20,000 as the trade-in value over email.
