Drove 200 kilometres twice to get recall sliders and fork seals done. Came out worse after work was done. Not sure what they did or if anything. Will get it checked out from another dealer to verify the parts and quality of workmanship. Now I have to trailer the bike back AGAIN another $100 in fuel cost. This is not what I expected from a BMW dealer. Definitely not happy or satisfied. Asked for a valve adjustment also. Nothing done. August 15 th 2026.
I would Recommend Highroad to anyone interested in motorcycles. The Team they have goes above and beyond. Jeff in the parts department is one of the top guys they have there, he excels in anything aftermarket and OEM, if they don’t supply it, they will source it without a question. The girls in apparels goes above and beyond in anything gear and garment related. Dan and the boys in service supply top notch quality repairs and do their best to work with the customers needs!
