Waiting over 2 hours for a call back is just ridiculous! Was told that there’s only one person at the service department and customers “keep coming through the door disrupting the service department”, that’s why you didn’t get a call back yet! So no one else can call and pass on information/book appointments? Really?! This person didn’t have 3 minutes to spare on phone call in OVER 2 HOURS???
