Avoid as much as possible. I went in with chest pains and was kept on a bed with monitors hooked up for 4 hours because there was only one doctor and apparently if an ambulance arrives the doctor has to prioritize that. So an ER with only one doctor.. Also the lab sucks. Again, only one tech the day I came in.. With an appointment!

Not the first time I've left The emergency room after 5 hours of not being seen by a supposed medical professional. Really goes to show you how pitiful our healthcare system is and how seemingly no one cares. Forget about me, I witnessed several disturbing things from other prospective patients in the waiting room that were essentially ignored. Brother had brain surgery here but got treatment after 6 HOURS. He shockingly passed away, apparently the doctor slipped. Shame on you high river, will be back with lawyer

Worst emergency staff and system I’ve ever experienced in my life. Better off to call EMS outside the hospital and get you in that way. (Nurse also started arguing about my review once she saw it and taken to the back to get seen)

Come down from Calgary for chemo and have nothing but good things to say. The staff are amazing, the nurses are both knowledgeable and caring. They often went out of their way to give me advice or samples to help cope with sideaffects. A terrible reason to be visiting the hospital, but I am glad that the experience is as good as it could get.
