I called and came in and inquired about the High River Ford service department to check and see if the warranty that I have with my car is compatible with their service. They completely shut me down and told me to take it back to where I bought it and get it fixed there. I told him I am a mother of two and I’m not comfortable taking my kids downtown Calgary so I can get my car fixed. It's pretty bad when a tech removes an item that he didn't know what it was for and not checking with owner prior, we are now being held up because this item ran our towing ability. Instead of giving us priority so we can get on the road due to their error we are getting, if we have time.
