Beware of the diagnostic charges in the service department!! They charge a minimum of 1 hour (@ $180/hr) for every issue that you tell them about - regardless if it takes 5 minutes or the entire hour. The quotes that are then given to fix the issue don't include that initial $180. It cost me almost $500 to have a kink in a water line fixed - though I'm not completely sure that they fixed anything. As a final insult, they only warranty their work for 90 days.....absolutely ridiculous.
