Worse experience with a parts department I've ever had ordering parts. They quote you the part, with a *shipping and brokerage charges are not included in the quote*. Fine, np. They should at least have some kind of idea how much this will be, from their years of ordering parts right? Nope. They have no clue, instead they charge you 2.5x what the part is worth with all the extra fees they tacked on, without one single email explaining why. I’m extremely disappointed with how I’ve been treated by High River Autoplex & RV since purchasing my Winnebago RV from them last year. I initially brought the unit in for a simple fix — a minor issue with the water heater and wirless charger. they spend some times trying to figuer out the isses but they could not fixed. so, there are some works done by them on the ellectrics on my unit. Hi ,After a number or emails and letters to Sal insurance and Autoplex, received a call from the manager at the Autoplex and was able to sit down and have a chat with him to discuss our problem, we were able to come to a conclusion.
