Dr. Lozovy is the best! She is amazing and very informative! She makes you feel very comfortable talking to her! Definitely recommend. But coming to the front desk lady she is unprofessional and she took my insurance and she told me that I have to pay out of my pocket and I paid for that and my insurance paid the bill in full and no one called me or updated me from the hospital saying that we had a credit for you and moreover when i called them after a month regarding the billing issue they said that the billing department i... read more
The office is nice, but we need good service for a reasonable price. We came on our 4th pregnancy, we had never did transvaginal ultrasound, but here the doctor insisted that it's necessary, and she didn't provide price before, that is unfair, so an additional $200 for 5 minutes... In general it seems like most healthcare related personnel here in the US try to cheat on you and get as much money as possible. Impression is bad.
Highly disappointed that their website say they accept Medicaid but when I called they can accept Medicaid patients because they haven’t completed the paper work for it. You should take it off your website then.
