I had an ultrasound done on Tuesday and have not received none of my ultrasound pictures of my baby. I called multiple times every day and got the same answer each time “Just wait until the end of the day to receive them.” Yet I have not received nothing. It is very frustrating especially not receiving the ultrasound pictures of my baby. It is unprofessional and irresponsible of them.
Bri was great, super friendly and made seeing my baby a wonderful experience
If I could give a 0 star I would you can show up however early you want and they still will have you wait over three hours and then on top of that my appointment started at 9 and they had me wait 3 hours just to be seen I don’t recommend going here if you can’t afford to $130 copay every appointment just to be seen. Then can’t explain why they need the copay what’s the point of having medical insurance and paying more money just to be seen it doesn’t make sense when you could just be going to a regular OB that takes your ins... read more
