If I could leave negative stars I would , I’m not one to leave reviews but I’m leaving a this so that hopefully Dr. Krunal Patel can be aware of his staffs behavior, and also to warn new moms not to EVER go here, this is the worst clinic me and my wife have ever been to. Seeing a high risk office is always a little overwhelming but they always make my visits so great from the front desk staff, the MA’s Ultrasound tech and the providers!!! They are always so welcoming and helpful 🫶
My experience with HRPCAZ has been all around predatory and transactional. I was willing to look past the constant waiting times of 1+ hour of doctors running late and frequent changes to my appointments due to mistakes made by the girls at the front desk (ie not enough ultrasound techs, doctors not at the right location for scheduled appointments etc.) My breaking point with this office was when I went in for my last cervical length scan it was determined my cervical length had dropped over 50% in length and that I was at h... read more
I had a great experience with them doing my ultrasound and although the staff was great. I was sent to dr chaviras office . It was Thursday and I’ve yet to receive any pictures of my ultrasound. I have been calling and it just rings and rings. No one answers. Super frustrating.
