Wait time was ridiculous during my wife’s first appointment. We were on time and had to wait over an hour to see our doctor for 5 minutes. We were 5 minutes late for the second appointment and were told we missed the appointment and had to be worked back in, although the signs clearly state that after 15 minutes you will have to be worked back in.
