Our instructors will guide you through a 45-minute cycling class that feels like a “dance party on a bike”. We incorporate different movements within each class, including push-ups, tap backs, side-to-sides, and four corners (and much more!) to isolate and strengthen specific muscle groups for a full body workout. I absolutely love High Ride Cycle. This is the first fitness class I’ve found that I love, which has allowed me to be consistent! I’m an EDM girlie, so the music, lights, and choreography keep me coming back. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. I am excited to hit my next milestone!
High Ride has completely changed how I feel about working out. The music, the lighting, and the energy in the room make it impossible not to give it your all. It’s my favorite part of the day, every time.
From the moment I walked in, I felt at home. The people. The environment. The music. All good vibes. Studio is exceptionally clean amd perfect to sweat and cry in. I've been to many spin classes across many states and countries and no one compares to NGL.
