I had a very disappointing experience with High Reach Equipment Services. I contacted High Reach Equipment Services because I needed to rent a forklift for a short-term project. When I spoke with Taylor, I clearly explained that I only needed the forklift for three days to one week and that I needed it available for use on Saturday. Called last minute and High Reach was able to Provide Fast Affordable Service, I would recommend Highly Professional Equipment, Professional Service!
We had a small hydraulic issue on a scissor lift about a week into the rental period. Nick had his service tech onsite within a couple of hours to resolve the issue so we didnt lose productivity on the job.
