Cant thank Adam enough - even though our initial conversation / inspection hasn’t resulted in a job for him (yet), he took the time to investigate a slow leak - remove a potential issue and start the process of working out what may be required in the near future. We were recently ghosted by another roofer who had already inspected the job. Adam was efficient in his response to our initial enquiry and flexible with meeting us to complete the inspection. We had an extremely disappointing experience working with Adam from High Quality Roof Works, both on an individual level and with the organization he represents. Our engagement with him, as his marketing agency, was riddled with issues, including dishonesty, lack of transparency, and poor professionalism. Payment delays were a constant struggle, along with false commitments and a failure to provide timely inputs, which ultimately affected the results.
