Ron at HQR was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and was very responsive. I would highly recommend HQR based on their professionalism and and communication!
Ryan, Chris and Phil were a pleasure to work with. I hired them on behalf of my clients and they didn't disappoint. The walls in the basement were very wet so the dry lock wouldn't stick so they went the extra mile for my clients and drilled some holes in the block to relieve the water. Then they came back another day to finish the job and it turned out fantastic. Thank you guys for your effort!
I hired HQR to help deal with some interior damage from an ice dam. They were quick to get out and get the walls/floor opened up and begin drying everything out. Chris really went above and beyond, answering all of my (many many) questions and helping accommodate our anxious dog. This was our first damage to our home and Chris and the HQR team really helped to ensure it was as smooth as possible for us. I highly recommend them for any restoration needs!
