Mr. Crossno has been turned in to the Arkansas Contractors Board .. for Misconduct and Abandonment. Misconduct due to workers not being skilled and learning flooring on YouTube. He will not respond or take any responsibility for his workers. He would not show up on the job site!! Only having workers send daily pictures Sadly.. PLEASE BEWARE.
I would not let this company build a dog house. I've seen bad work before this company is bad. When the workers tell you they watch how to do what they are doing on you tube then take 2 weeks to paint 2 rooms then have no tools to work with and the boss will not supply what they need or show up to see how things are going.
We added concrete to our existing slab to accommodate RV parking. James and his crew were the absolute right choice for our project. The team was responsive and dependable. Our project was carefully measured and care was taken to make sure everything was correct and that we were pleased. They cleaned up their work area each day, and completed the work as expected and in a timely manner. It looks great; we recommend this crew without reservation!
This company did work for us at our Dennys Restaurant in FT Smith after a car hit the building, they completed the job on time as promised, owner was friendly and involved and workers were professional. Thank you and we will be using you again
We hired this company to do a very involved repair. The floor joists and support beams under one of the rooms in our house had rotted and the floor had begun to collapse. James and his crew did a great job removing everything right down to the ground under the house. They put in a water barrier, new supports and new support beams, then put in a new floor, subfloor, and laminate.
