Do not hire Marcus Ediel Sotelo/High Quality Landscapes under any circumstances. Like many others, he scammed me and my fiance for work he was supposed to do back in April. Mr. Sotelo initially seemed very nice and motivated when he quoted us our contract. However, he asked for half of the money in our contract up front for expenses.
