We had High Quality Flooring replace all the flooring on our first level of our home with luxury vinyl. The team at HQ flooring was great. Faris was extremely accommodating. Got the job done very quickly and affordable. The installers were extremely efficient and cleaned up everything installing my carpet in less than an hour. I would highly recommend HQ flooring to anybody.
Everything was top notch from start to finish. Sam came out quickly for an estimate and helped me choose what kind of flooring/carpet I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and I never felt pressured to do one thing or another. The guys who came to install the carpet were great as well. I was very pleased with the customer service from Megan, who took my call when I was inquiring about carpet. Sam, the salesman who came to my house and showed me carpet samples and gave me a great price. Faris, who set up the installation date. He sent the necessary paperwork and responded promptly when I had a question. The carpet was installed without incident and looks great. I love that this is a family owned business. I’m very pleased.
