Didn’t deliver service on time agreed. Materials installation is different than what we agreed on. Rushed through installation. When asked to fix the repairs they refused unless extra delay is added. The sales agent, Sam Ahmad, was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the process and was able to ease my anxiety of going thru this entire process. The installers were great. My one suggestion would be to offer a cleaning service once the job is complete especially for your senior customers.
Great job in a short time frame by Faris and his crew. HQ bent over backwards to meet our 4 day time frame and the three rooms of carpet are perfect. You are my go to flooring company!!
