I left my vest in my car as I was getting it repaired < mind you it’s for the military and when I got my car back it was gone . I just want my vest back and when I try to communicate with them about the issue they’re no help . If yall have cameras please check because I know for a fact my stuff got stolen.
I was so relieved when they got my engine light to turn off and I know it's not much to some people and may sound easy but its not as easy when your frustrated and can't find the mechanic who put your alternator on to fix what should have been done with the service…but I wanted to thank you again for taking out of your time Quality Collision by resetting my dashboard and getting rid of that engine light cause it was a real pain having it on, so I really appreciate you helping me fix my problem…
Let me tell you about my experience with this business. I never write reviews, however, I need to talk about this. Ronald, the owner, went above and beyond with fixing my 2023 Trailblazer this past month. He fixed it perfectly with GM parts, even when he was paid by my insurance for after market parts. He refused to use inferior parts to repair my car. He also paid for the extra days on the rental when my insurance ran out & they were waiting on a part to come in. High quality collision has been true professionals, timely service, quality work and transparent in relation to the repairs that’s pending. The team took care of vehicle and also threw a little extra. I would definitely recommend their services again, thanks team solid work.
