It's great that they are close to home. I have been going there for years now. They really try to do the best job they can for you. I have a complicated vehicle, a Volkswagen Beetle. Most people just say we don't work on them. They do their best to solve my car's issues. I appreciate their efforts every time I go.
Local business, close to home that advertises walk in’s no appointment needed. Thought I would give them a try. Called first thing in the morning about having a tire that needs repaired looked at and got a whole line of how they are too busy to see the car. Couldn’t see it until tomorrow. Doesn’t do a lot of good when the tire will be flat again by then. Not impressed with the customer service and the attitude on the phone. I’ll continue to take my business to Walmart where at least my car will be seen.
I purchased a $500 gift certificate from Turtle Bids for High Q. I ordered a set of tires for $360 and intended to use the remainder to have the alignment done and a control arm replaced. When I went to pick up my car I was informed the gift certificate could not be used for anything but tires and no additional credit was given. This was not stated anywhere on the certificate, and they didn't bother to tell me until I went to pay. Not trustworthy!! I will not be returning, and I will not be sending anyone I know there!!
