Update: Has been 2 months since I posted review below. Have not yet heard from a representative from High Profile Powersports. As you can see from previous one or two star reviews, they answer back. Wish someone would answer to at least make it right and assess my situation. I have receipts of many repairs done, pictures, and talked face to face to an employee to make this right and no response. Bought my son his first car... Asked about issues and headlights etc... Told was fine. Failed safety inspection... Replaced both ball joints and headlights out of pocket. He was unwilling to help. $750. Nice guy but bad deal. Edit... Took in a road trip and hours in had to replace brakes as well as 2 of the supposedly "new" tires. That had tire rot. So another $1400 down the drain. Stay far away from this dealer and shop. Just my opinion.
Bought a $20,000 truck from here. Had some oil leaks that I thought he shouldn't have tried to pass on and it needed ball joints replaced before it would pass inspection. They did one of the oil leaks in house ( rear main) and charged me half price, roughly $300. The other leak (oil pan gasket) and ball joints were all on me. $1100. It's a nice vehicle I just expected it to be in better shape for that price. My fault for not checking underneath before I purchased. Super friendly guy.
