Working with Nicola has been an absolute pleasure. She consistently handles everything with ease, and we rarely needed to follow up as she kept us informed at every step. Ignorant behavior deserving of less than 1 star! Today I Painstakingly followed 002HPC from the Northern Beaches while the driver of this company vehicle blocked the right lane in peak hour traffic, driving at 20 to 25 kilometers below the speed limit with complete disregard to the line up of traffic behind him. You have a civil obligation to drive in the left lane if you are not overtaking. Perhaps some driving training should be undertaken or some lessons in common courtesy.

We thought we had found a reliable, respectful and trustworthy cleaner, but our experience was the exact opposite. Private details of our home were shared with a stranger and behind our backs we were rudely and publicly disparaged by a staff member without any cause or justification. Demonstrating no respect or professionalism at all. While the founder was apparently as disgusted as we were, it didn’t change what happened. Terminated our relationship with this organisation immediately and would not recommend to anyone.
