High Prairie Landscape did an incredible job on our project. The walkway and steps are simply stunning. The communication, work ethic, and quality from the High Prairie team was exceptional. We've had several neighbors comment on how wonderful it looks and ask who we hired. We are very happy.
Most people don’t write reviews of a job well done, and I certainly fail in this area as well. But, I feel compelled to write this review of the work High Prairie has done for our home and family. A fabulous experience from the beginning to the end, and they surpassed our expectations. They were able to resolve our unique drainage issues on a very difficult site.
We were in the midst of a large construction/landscape/hardscape project with HPLG when an unexpected irrigation issue arose. I contacted them at 5:00 on a Friday and their technician was on site within the hour. They diagnosed the issue and confirmed the system was stabilized for the night. They were back on Saturday morning, repaired the issue and had the system functioning by noon. This was all service above and beyond the normal and I’m very appreciative of the effort.
Justin, I am so pleased by the way HPLG planted the Baby Blue. I was blown away by the teaching Parker gave the other two guys on planting correctly. Parker displayed such perfection and was detail oriented. He is a great one to have on the HPLG team!!
