I had a major electrical issue happen over the weekend. High Power Electric sent someone within the hour to look at it and fix the issue. They had everything they needed to fix it and give us peace of mind that everything was in working order when they left. Oh, and a reasonable price as well.
Matt and Kerry are exceptional. I had issues with my vehicle charger after they had installed it (my ignorance not theirs) and Matt came back out at 7:30 at night and stayed until it was working perfectly. They are professional, fast, and extremely communicative. I would use High Power Electric for ANYTHING regarding my home with absolute confidence.
Amazing company. I went originally went to Mr. Sparky about fixing my direct wire stove to a 4 prong outlet. Mr Sparky quoted me $1400. So I paid upfront but I had to wait a day because they didn't have all the required equipment. So I waited a day and Mr Sparky was 3 hours late. So I called and requested a refund.
