My sister has done nothing but complain. How awful this place is? How awful the people are? How awful the food is? How she's not getting the proper care that she should be getting. I don't know why this place is still allowed to be running like this . My sister is missing and they won't tell me anything they're telling me they can't confirm or deny, but she's no longer there. I've been here 4 times. The staff is just amazing. It's not perfect but I got sober. The seed was planted the first time I went there. Meaning I actually had the urge to stay sober the first time I went there I just didn't have the right tools it took me three more times and halfway houses and sober houses to get me there after care is important after being section 30 days is not enough I know nobody wants to hear that but it's true. Section 35 is cruel. We are arrested shackled no coat no phone no shoes no ID. And then brought to this place. Depending on the staff the rules changed every day and basically we just sat around watching movies eating popsicles and coloring. And they love to throw meds at us they put me on four different meds I'm sure just to sedate us all so we don't bother anyone.. there are arguments and fist fights and staff doesn't seem to have good control. I was just here a few weeks ago (voluntary) and overall I give it 3 stars if I’m being nice. The few staff that they have are absolutely awesome but that doesn’t take away the fact that they are under staffed. Only 1 clinician I actually really liked (Nikki). Now the nurses & doctors absolutely suck. Maybe its just the doctors cause a few nurses were nice & they cant do much unless the dr signs off. thanks to this place and SOME of the amazing staff who was always there for me thru the hardest time of my life i can say i’m 149 days (4 months ) sober 🥺🥰 if ur thinking twice about going DONT get in there do something for urself and get clean!
