Rockstar level customer support! I ordered legs clamps to fix my telescope that took a spill. I thought I was ordering 3 leg clamps since the listing was plural but it turns out it was only 1. Within 72 hours of my interaction with Patrick and his team, the listing was updated to help reduce consumer confusion. I had a very good experience with David Grant at HighPoint Scientific this morning. I pretty much knew what I wanted but David, an experienced amateur astronomer, assured me I was purchasing the correct parts to complement my current setup. He also advised me on some future parts I am considering. No hard sell, just enthusiastic support. I have purchased years ago from Highpoint and will continue to do so.
High Point Scientific provides terrific and prompt customer support, both to help buy the appropriate products and to set up and use the products. My experience is with an astroimager, astroimaging software, and a tracking telescope mount.
