This place is really fell off the staff the people the lack of care I mean my goodness I don't know what's going on but this place needs more help than I thought
This hospital is horrible they kick me and my toddlers out 1 yr old and 3 yr old out the family room when we where fine sitting in the check-in seats told me to get me away from the sickness just to put me and a secluded place so no one would hear them kicking out a mother and kids waiting then the nurse ask did I have heat in my car I can’t believe that nurse look me in my face and ask me that I wouldn’t advice any one to get care here I don’t see how this hospital is still here
If there were a zero-star option, I would give it without hesitation. The complete lack of urgency was shocking. Staff were on their phones while we waited for hours. I was here with my family, and the patient’s needs were blatantly ignored. Took 4 hours for them to get the discharge papers ready. This place clearly does not care about timely or adequate care. Do not bring your family here unless you’re prepared to be neglected. This experience was an absolute joke.
Went to emergency room 3 days I n row kept telling me o eas fine had chest pains short of breath the stupid cardiologist tried to give me something for indigestion an I take prescription meds for hernia daily .Monday went to medq in archdale looked at xray taken on Friday at hospital I had double pnuemonia .an I have copd am 66 an could of died .they have no clue what medical help is an mo bedside manner
