This agency abused their license and knowledge to take advantage of an older gentleman. The agent falsely drew up a listing agreement (for a home that was for sale by owner), without the understanding of the seller. Unethically, she represented both buyer and seller. She engaged in other unscrupulous actions, which I don't care to elaborate about here. She also delayed closing by withholding her approval and signature on some final documents needed for recording.
