Everyone at High Point Orthopedics was wonderful. It was a busy day for them, but they were kind, considerate and professional despite being so busy. I saw Dr. Lennon and he was awesome. Great experience!
This was the most efficient and thorough Ortho clinic that I have ever been to. The nurses, X-ray techs and doctors explained every step and every result as it was available and in terms I could understand. This will now be my go to Orthopedic and Spine center, no question about it.
Dr. Phelps and staff have been nothing but professional.I have received wonderful care pre and post wrist surgery.
My appointment was @ 10 a.m. At 10:40 I went to front desk to ask how much longer. They said my doctor was an hour behind. I told them that would’ve been nice to know when I checked in. Their response “we didn’t know”…ok, so when you did find out you could’ve asked if I wanted to stay or reschedule!!! There were “NO CARES” given. When I finally see the doctor, I chose to get a cortisone injection. 30 minutes of waiting and still no doctor to give me the injection. I ended up walking out! I won’t be returning!!!!!!!
