they were great, fast delivery, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything twice. Used them for my mother after her surgery when she needed a hospital bed and oxygen as well as my husband s CPAP!

In-store service was friendly, if not overly quick, and they had the item I needed in stock. However they did not offer to load for me and Im still waiting for a call back over a week later concerning an item they were "going to check with the other stores" on.
