Very Disappointed – As the other person noted, they are very friendly during the sales process, but the service aspect is sorely lacking. Phone calls and e-mails not returned and it was a big hassle to get our problem fixed - which they did very begrudgingly. As Clark Howard would say, this is a prime example of Customer No-Service. Considering how much competition they have in the immediate area, it would be in their best interest to stand behind their products.
Poor Customer Care – Friendly upon purchase, but poor customer follow up. Calls not returned. Furniture nicked when put together incorrectly and is stated as something customer must take on responsibility for. Very poor.
