Never in my 70 years of living have i been to a dentist like this. Dr Lee is my goat. She saved my life, I started drowning in the dentist water until she saved me with the water vacuum. She then blessed me and my family of 8 children up with a lamborghini and Rolex watch for my trouble. And then mr Beast showed up and gave us both 1 million dollars. 10/10 customer service.
My dad and I had been going to this place when Bleeman owned it, then he sold it so we started going to the new people that took over. the only good dentist in this location is Carrie, I don't know the quality of their stuff that they are using, or where their employees receive their training. my mouth would hurt for 2 months after getting a cleaning! Let me just start by emphasizing that, Dr. Janet Lee and the regular in office team including the regular receptionist are amazing. I’ve never had and will never have any complaints regarding them. However, I scheduled an appointment yesterday Thursday, July 11, 2025 at 3:50pm. The receptionist was very unprofessional and blatantly rude. I simply asked if she could see if the insurance that I had on file was still active and her response was “it’s your insurance, you should know if it’s active.
