When i first called to the office and left a voicemail because of high call volume, Nobody returns your phone calls at all . And now after connecting to a receptionist , after they put you on hold , they hang up on you or keeps disconnecting. Also after leaving a message for the nurse, the nurse doesn't call you back the next business day . The blood work doesn't electronically go through to lapcorp. Somehow they got a problem sending things electronically. Frustrating customer service all round .
Exceptional Doctors and Nurses. Everyone is extremely helpful and concerned with the patients comfort and care
Dr. Tony is always so caring and very goes into detail so I can understand what is going on with me.
The staff at the Doylestown location are wonderful. I feel like my health really matters.
