These guys were great to work with. Bear came to our house site and walked through our build. With his help we simplified our roof plans. The new lay out will save us time, money and complexity. They did 3D drawings to show the new layout and help us visualize the changes. We postponed the delivery several times due to schedule slips and they were very understanding. Dishonest and misleading from the word hello. This company sells trusses that they claimed to have built but actually purchased from another truss manufacturer I found out my trusses were actually built by another company and High Plateau slapped 30% on the bill and called it there own trusses. They are doing this with a substantial amount of there business. I now save myself the price gouging when I need trusses and go directly to the source. Very personable and professional staff. We were owner builders and they were easy to talk to and work with. Walls and trusses were perfect and have held up wonderfully in the eastern plains winds! Thank you, we would never choose any other company!

At first they were great but then i started to have issues i ordered walls and trusses from them the wall panels where not square they used regular nails and not ring shank nails and with the wind i have the nails are backing out of the sheathing, the garage wall where the beam pockets had to be cut down because it was a 1 1/2 to height the window seal plates are a 2x4 and not 2x6 the window openings are all 2 inches to wide and to tall but yes i should have seen that, then one of the trusses was built 2 inches to tall so i ... read more
