Dr. Harbach was horrible to deal with when my mom brought in our family dog last week for assessment of whether the dog should be put down or not. Dr. Harbach’s tone and attitude towards the situation was completely unacceptable. How would you like to be treated like that when your in such a vulnerable situation. Shame on you Dr. Harbach.
I have been a client of High Plains Veterinary Clinic for over a year now & typically I have had some what of a decent experience until yesterday, when I was faced with an extremely difficult situation that left me in dire need of help for my beloved pet. Took my kitties here to get up to date on their shots, was a great experience. Everyone was very kind and helpful to myself and my pets.
I have been taking my animals to them for quite a few years. I really love High Plains! Their prices are reasonable compared to other veterinarians in the surrounding areas. I always recommend them to my friends, family and acquaintances.
