This place was an amazing and high standard experience for me. The front desk super kind and patient. The nurses - Brittney, Brie, Stacey, and Lori so kind and caring. I did have a hard time with my emotions and they were so patient and kind with me. Thank you ladies. Dr Beer, Cesar, and Dr Burcl were amazing, too. Explained every single step and procedure to me, answered all my questions, and approached me before surgery to assure me that all will be well. I had an amazing time experience at High Plains for an anterior cervical fusion. Everyone from reception to the doctors and nurses were very knowledgeable about what was going to happen and what I should expect. I truly felt like I was the only patient being cared for because the nurses were so quickly responsive to my needs.
Shots mandated by insurance so expensive can't aford to have the one that's meant to help my back problems and they offered no other option just a dollar sign to them. Went there procedures for over a year to get help now have to live in chronic pain
