This place was an amazing and high standard experience for me. The front desk super kind and patient. The nurses - Brittney, Brie, Stacey, and Lori so kind and caring. I did have a hard time with my emotions and they were so patient and kind with me. Thank you ladies. Dr Beer, Cesar, and Dr Burcl were amazing, too. I had an amazing time experience at High Plains for an anterior cervical fusion. Everyone from reception to the doctors and nurses were very knowledgeable about what was going to happen and what I should expect. I truly felt like I was the only patient being cared for because the nurses were so quickly responsive to my needs.
Shots mandated by insurance so expensive can't aford to have the one that's meant to help my back problems and they offered no other option just a dollar sign to them. Went there procedures for over a year to get help now have to live in chronic pain
I cannot go on enough about how scared I have been about Cheyenne, Wyoming medical facilities. Unfortunately, there’s not a good rep for a lot of doctors in this area. Not only was a blessed with Dr. Lawrence.O’Holleran as my surgeon, but High Plains surgery center was the most wonderful experience I could have in my position. My nurse joy who is in my recovery is probably still making me cry when I think about her how wonderful I was treated.. not to mention my anesthesiologist who gosh darn it.
